I’ve long been a fan of Target’s advertisements. I think they are smart, clever and out of the box. When I saw this one near Times Square while in New York last week, I thought the same. This ad seems to capitalize on the “street art,” graffiti-style craze in advertising. Although I don’t particularly like this style of art, I appreciate how Target has used the stylistic design to make their logo visually stand out from the other graphics. In fact their advertising<\/a> stands out among other chains and brands them as being innovative. Others have tried to copy their creative style because it is so cool and different but they seem to have cornered the market on their particular brand and one can usually tell the difference among the competitors.<\/p>\n
