Director, Richard Koshalek, has asked <a href=\"http:\/\/www.303gallery.com\/artists\/doug_aitken\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\">Doug Aitken<\/a>, a Los Angeles based artist to r<a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2010\/04\/20\/AR2010042004971.html\" target=\"_blank\">edesign the museum&#39;s bookstore and shop<\/a>. I was amazed with what he&#39;s come up with. He&#39;s designed a space that refracts light with mirrored, angled walls. The shop is located in the basement and currently has no natural light. He intends on using a shaft to a window from the floor above as the light source.
