Is there an art to traveling? There seems to be with these mentions regarding “The Fine Art Yacht,” a new style of camper and wedding buses in India.<\/p>\n

My oldest son was working at the Chart House restaurant in Alexandria, VA and saw the Expoship’s Seafair Grand Luxe<\/a>, a new 228 foot yacht on the Potomac River. It is a venue for a traveling, international art exposition and there’s application kit for exhibitors. The Chart House has a great view and everyone was staring. Here’s the skinny on the MadSilence<\/a> blog.<\/p>\n

My mother sent me these photos that have been traveling the Internet about a state-of-the-art camper that can actually transport a car in it’s undercarriage.<\/p>\n

Finally, I ran across this picture of a Truck Art in Pakistan<\/a> from the Wonders of Pakistan Blog. These painted trucks are called “brides” and bring good luck — being all decked out to the hilt.<\/p>\n

These are all fun to post, since we’re traveling ourselves to Rhode Island on a family trip. I hope to see those Eliasson waterfalls<\/a> and if we see other artsy forms of travel or things in general, I hope to have my camera to take a photo.<\/p>\n

One last note, today (our time — yesterday China’s time) is the official start of the Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. Fortunately, we don’t have to travel so far to see some of the events from the comfort of our own televisions sets. Here’s my previous post on Beijing’s Olympic Buildings<\/a>.<\/p>\n
