Works Progress Administration (WPA<\/a>) was created in the 1930’s during the Great Depression to help employ folks, including artists to draw, paint, document and create our nation’s public art and public works in general, like bridges and highways. Hey, here’s a concept maybe worth repeating.<\/p>\n
