This was an interesting article giving tips to buyers and sellers in the Real Estate section of The Washington Post, <a title=\"Lessons in Seduction in the Washington Post\" href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2009\/03\/13\/AR2009031300149.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Lessons in Seduction<\/em><\/a> by Elizabeth Razzi. Memory points, those things that leave a lasting impression when viewing a house, are the things that can pull prospective buyers back. It&#8217;s a balance to depersonalize the property from the current owner, yet leave a memory that makes the place stand out with personality and works like seduction. This can be done by setting the stage with romantic notions, fake food, spa-like accessories, perfect Pottery-Barn-catalogue spreads and even painting rooms different colors. Here&#8217;s where I thought <a title=\"casart coverings website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.casartcoverings.com\" target=\"_blank\">casart coverings<\/a> would be a model solution by using it to create an accent wall or in this case, a stylized headboard for a princess could be produced. We have some headboards in our new designs that we&#8217;ll unveil this spring. We&#8217;ll be in booth 567 across from the mock interior designer rooms. Our lime colored, faux-padded harlequin and new, carnation photo casart\u2122 will be featured in the Hot Lounge. I&#8217;m heading down to New Orleans tomorrow to prepare our booth and panels. Since this is our first trade show, we will be busy 9am &#8211; 9pm each day for four days.
