Unseen Michael Jackson Mural

Artist Kent Twitchell painted a massive mural of Michael Jackson many years ago but it has never been unveiled to the public. He was hoping to hang it on a 20′ high wall in L.A. in commemoration of Jackson’s death but it still waits in storage. It’s photographically realistic but is made of 150 hand painted panels.

The LA Times article describes the process that was involved for creating the mural and the video link shows a recent story from ABC News.

I'm an artist, wife and mother of two boys. I started my illustration business, The Occasional Palette over 35 years ago, when my oldest son was an infant. Once my children were in school, I began painting decorative, faux finishes and murals through my second business, Casart, now over 30 years old. My third business, Casart Coverings, is a springboard from my second.
