With just two days before Christmas, I thought I’d continue with a mix of Christmas oriented murals, wintry scenes and music. I usually don’t like modern murals with biblical or religious oriented murals, but these are very well done by Keith Goodson for Champions Church in Winter Haven, Florida. He seems to have found the right balance between realism and stylistic portrayal that appears alive and dynamic. Another Christmas-like mention for this week would have to be the cover of The Washington Post‘s Book World, which makes a comeback at this time annually, whereas it used to be a regular Sunday section feature but was dropped in 2009.
