The big fall unveilling
It’s the first full week of October. Where did September go? I think the days came and went without much notice, due to many all-nighters trying to unveil our new line of products. We’ll we’ve done it. We will be sending out our updated eNewsletter regarding our latest news. We also sent out our press release last month and had many interested responses and we were featured in the Times Picayune’s InsideOut Edition about wallpaper. Coincidentally, another article ran in the same issue regarding “Personal Space” in which my mother had sent in her bedroom renovation as an example of how to personalize a space after my father passed away…
The Longest Proposed Mural
Michael Dingler of NoLA Rising is proposing to paint the flood wall along the 9th ward with a mural. If accepted it will be the longest mural in the world. This would not be a graffiti-style mural but wouldn’t guarantee against being tagged. Nothing is for that matter. Although, having painted public murals, Golden makes a top coat, anti-graffiti sealant (MSA) that protects the mural with an isolation coat. If it is tagged, the top coat can be removed without damaging the mural below the isolation coat. I’ve used this as an extra protective measure, just in case. So far, I’ve been lucky with my outdoor, public murals. The proposal…
