Client requested repair of crack in faux finish that was very noticeable and buckling, probably due to humidity over time.

This is what it looked like from above to show how much it was protruding from the wall.

First step was to glue it. Second step was to caulk, prime, sand and base paint it. Third step was to match the faux finish and paint over to repair. Fourth step was to seal with a polycrylic (water-based), clear, satin sheen protective finish. Here’s a detail before the protective sealant is fully dry.
