Ice Cold and Blue — Ice
The theme this week (not that every week has a theme, but the cold, winter-like weather has finally arrived) is “Ice Cold and Blue” — every other day featuring one of these three. This Ice Festival is an annual event in Harbin, Siberian region of Chinese Manchuria. Temperatures often do not exceed minus 40 degrees.
