    Can art be taught to the “Facebook Generation?” That the name of the article that came my way recently. As an artist, I agree with the premise that one needs to have a connection with what one is creating and to the Facebook/ technology generation (to both of my sons + even my sister/ business partner, this would apply) the connections seem to be superficial or better said “friend or not” — no black or white in there.     Since I’m cutting my beach trip short and still longing for a little extra time, I thought I’d post about a modern day Atlantis. I recently read about the world’s first underwater hotel, Hydropolis on Lost at E Minor blog. It is due to open to the public later this year in 2009, in Dubai, of course. While there, check out the post about Kieron Williamson, the six year old prodigy. His paintings show real talent.
